Het belang van ratings

I have decided to re-start my blog and elaborate it more towards a more broad e-marketing perspective, not only to the research of my master thesis about business blogs.

I have just encountered this slideshow and I find it really impressive and important. The orientation is mainly for retail sites and mostly in a BtoC environment. However, customer ratings can also be done in B2B communities. Additionally in a B2B environment one might think of a combination of objective rating (based upon objective criteria: credit check, # years in business...) and customer ratings (but only in a positive way).

I just post these things on my blog as it is for me as well a repository of good ideas.
